Amigo Plug

Terms of Use

Draft — this page is a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What Amigo Plug is

Amigo Plug helps people find local sellers, services, and events, and lets buyers place order-ahead or reservation requests with those sellers.

Amigo Plug is not the seller. Each seller is responsible for what they offer, their prices, their published location and times, and fulfilling orders.

Accounts

You need an account to place orders or sell. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

A seller profile is a public business identity. It is separate from your personal account, and one account may manage more than one seller profile.

Orders and payment

Orders are requests to a seller. A seller may accept or decline. Payment currently happens in person at pickup, directly between buyer and seller. Amigo Plug does not process payments.

Please cancel in the app if you can't make it. Sellers may record missed pickups privately. Repeated missed pickups may lead to limits in the future.

Locations

Sellers publish their own locations and times and are responsible for their accuracy. Amigo Plug does not track or verify anyone's physical presence.

Home sellers should never publish an exact home address; Amigo Plug shows an approximate area instead.

What isn't allowed

Illegal, unsafe, or regulated items (including cannabis and alcohol), misleading listings, impersonation, harassment, and spam are not allowed. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

Changes

These terms are an initial draft and will be reviewed before public launch. We'll update this page when they change.
